IT Services Hungary, the largest ICT employer of Hungary has decided to move its Budapest site to Mill Park, from the second quarter of 2018 and will occupy approx. 17,300 sqm in the second phase of the complex. In the leasing process, IT Services Hungary (ITSH) was advised by Colliers International.

Skanska’s Mill Park project, located in the 9th district of Budapest, will comprise two office buildings with a total leasable area of approx. 36,000 square meters. The office complex is already more than 70% leased to well-established international tenants. It will be delivered in two phases during 2018 and is expected to receive LEED Gold certification.

“Skanska and IT Services Hungary have many things in common and one of them is the attention that we pay to the employees and their well-being. It was a reward to see that our thoughts and aims with Mill Park are in the exact line with their expectations regarding future workplace. I take this occasion to thank IT Services Hungary for the transparent and sustainable partnership that we developed.” says Marcin Łapiński, Skanska Property Hungary & Romania Managing Director.

“The aim is to support our employees by offering modern workplaces to bring benefits for individuals and our business,” said Chris Wilson, CEO of IT Services Hungary. “When we decided to move to Mill Park, the modern infrastructure and innovative solutions played a crucial role. Furthermore, our requirements also met with the offers of the building; Skanska was very flexible and open to our special needs. Our company has two sites in Budapest currently which is disadvantageous for several reasons. In Mill Park we can establish our new Budapest site by offering spaces for 2460 workstations accommodating the growing number of employees, which will greatly facilitate the cooperation among our divisions. Certainly we also have special focus on the development of our country sites (Debrecen, Pécs, Szeged), where further 2500 colleagues are working. ”

“The Colliers team was very proud to act as the representative of the consolidation of IT Services Hungary in Mill Park, being one of the most significant leasing transactions in 2016. The main drivers were to support the dynamic growth of the organization and to enhance the operational efficiency in an innovative environment. We were delighted to experience the ambassadors of IT Services Hungary’s active participation throughout the entire stage. The result is Skanska’s property solution that will support both the corporate culture and the daily operations of the company.” – said Kata Mazsaroff, Director, Head of Occupier Services from Colliers International.
