The Mill Park, our most recently deliverd office project, offers 5,500 sqm of a multi-activity garden, dedicated to the employees of our tenants. Besides the terraces where people can have lunch, the courtyard provides working pavilions, equipped with WIFI and electricity, and an auditorium where companies can gather their employees for presentations, workshops or even watch a movie during evenings. The cozy furniture, the wooden swings and the tennis table facilities will certainly be the stars of the garden. People who like to exercise can enjoy working out in the exterior fitness corner that Mill Park provides to them.
Our ongoing office project Nordic Light Trio will be the third building of the existing office complex and will complete the lively and innovative working environment already created. It will share with the employees and also with the neighborhood community a green landscaped courtyard, with cozy places where people can work, enjoy a coffee or simply have a relaxing talk with colleagues and friends.

The Mill Park office project is located in the 9th district, easily accessible by all means of public transport thanks to Petőfi and Rakóczi bridges, suburban railway line H7 and metro line M3 in the proximity, making it possible to reach Buda as well as the inner city within 15 minutes.
The Nordic Light Office complex is located in the most popular office hub, the new CBD of Budapest. The Váci Office Corridor is one of the most important business areas of the Hungarian capital.
