Our organization
Skanska AB is a leading project development and construction group, listed and governed by Sweden. In Romania, Skanksa is present with the office development unit, governed by local management.

Skanska AB is a listed Swedish stock corporation governed by Swedish corporate legislation, Skanska's Articles of Association, and the listing rules for NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Skanska Hungary's organization
Skanska Property Hungary is part of Skanska Commercial Development Europe that initiates and develops office and logistic property projects in the CEE region (Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania). Skanska Property Hungary is the only ISO 14001 certified property developer on the market.

Our operations
As one of the leading property developers with a focus on project development, leasing, and facility management, we have developed more than 250,000 square meters of commercial space (office and retail) in Hungary.
Our operations are located in Budapest. Here we have developed ten office projects in various districts of the city so far, including the first phase of H2Offices.
What is our added value?
We manage the entire process - from designing the initial concept to construction, leasing and finally selling the projects to the investors. We develop timeless office buildings, having always in our focus the innovative sustainable solutions that answer our customers' needs.
The design and construction of our buildings always utilize the latest and global expertise of the Skanska Group. As part of living our values , we promote green solutions and we run our property development in a sustainable way. For instance, we do this through energy conservation and reduction in carbon emissions, sound water management and waste minimization.
For each building, we strive to meet the most stringent environmental criteria for receiving the LEED Platinum certificate and recently also WELL certificate.
