Our operations
As one of the leading property developers with a focus on project development, leasing, and facility management, we have developed more than 250,000 square meters of commercial space (office and retail) in Hungary.
Our operations are located in Budapest. Here we have developed ten office projects in various districts of the city so far, including the first phase of H2Offices.
Since 2015, the construction business stream of Skanska has joined the Hungarian already established development stream.
