Skanska provided construction management services for this new $61 million, 179,000-SF new five-story radiation therapy, diagnostics imaging and specialty clinic and eight-story, 1,100-car parking garage. This facility helps Harris Health System expand its healthcare delivery system and improve patient access to healthcare services, reduce wait times, focus on preventative healthcare and serve more people in the community. The clinic holds more than 100 exam rooms and offers general medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics and oncology services. It also includes the Smith Breast Center of Excellence, diagnostic imaging equipment including Linear Accelerators, Brachytherapy, MRIs, CT Scans, and PET Scans, and facilities for outpatient treatments.
