The building uses 40 percent less water than the baseline for the building. Bathrooms have water efficient fixtures, such as low-flow taps and waterless urinals. Sedum vegetation and street trees are the only vegetation on the site. The plantings are drought resistant and will only be irrigated during the first two years until they are properly established.
