As a result of our success at Echelon at Cheney Place, Skanska was selected to construct a second luxury apartment building for Echelon Residential. The new 5-story, 244-unit apartment complex and 380-space parking garage are located adjacent to Orlando's Historic District in the heart of downtown, just northeast of Echelon at Cheney Place.
