New Managing Director at Skanska Property Hungary

Grzegorz Strutyński succeeds Andreas Lindelöf as Managing Director of Skanska Property Hungary.

Grzegorz Strutyński joins the Budapest team on 1 September from within the Skanska Commercial Development Europe business unit after six years with Skanska Property Poland, including his last three years as Regional Director in the Warsaw office.


His extensive experience in the fields of project development, leasing and marketing will be invaluable in further strengthening the company’s market position, while his great leadership and management skills will ensure continuity in team efficiency and integrity.


He has created strategic relations with investors and tenants in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region, and plans to draw on his broad network to support the Hungarian operation.


Before joining Skanska, as a tenants´ representative at Colliers International in Poland, Grzegorz was the exclusive advisor of international companies interested in finding new office locations in central Europe.


Grzegorz Strutyński succeeds Andreas Lindelöf who presumes his new position today as Managing Director of Skanska Property Romania to direct Skanska’s entry to the Bucharest office market.
