Skanska in Hungary has decided to support the individual talent program of the SOS Children’s Villages in Budapest this year.
- We could not imagine how difficult the conditions are for the children who come to the Hungarian SOS Children’s villages. It is no wonder that the children who live in a SOS Children’s Village suffer from psychological problems, are very vulnerable, not stabile and especially sensitive to stress, because they have either been assaulted, experienced extremely bad social conditions or survived traumatic situations, says Krisztina Mina, associate at the center of SOS Children’s Villages in Budapest. The Hungarian foundation of the SOS Children’s Village pays special attention to the development of the children’s individual capabilities with the help of psychologists and teachers.
