Nordic Light Offices, Skanska Property Hungary’s next project in the pipeline, received LEED Gold pre-certification, as well as an enforceable building permit for both phases I. and II.
As András Schmidt, Green Business Manager emphasized: “Nordic Light easily qualified for the Gold level of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design international green building certification system. With 76 points, Nordic Light is top ranking within the Gold category.”
