The project includes efficient fixtures and fittings such as the aggregate water use of the project building is at least 40 % less than the baseline building. For irrigation, we reduce the potable water use by 100 %, and the total water use by 50%.
Also the potable water usage for building sewage conveyance is reduced by at least 50%, through the use of high-efficiency flush fixtures and nonpotable water.
