Skanska Property Hungary has signed a lease agreement with the MAI Insurance Group and AIM Általános Biztosító Zrt. in Népliget Center.
The lease comprises altogether 1500 sqm. The retail premises on the ground floor will be used as customer service. The new tenants will move their present headquarters to Népliget Center at the end of September.
Népliget Center comprises in total 3 buildings with approx. 26,600 sqm leasable office space. The first phase with a 9,200 sqm area was completed in January 2008. The construction of the second phase has begun in July which is estimated to be fully completed during Q1 2010.
This new office project of Skanska is located between Népliget Bus Station and the entrance to M5 motorway, on the line of the underground 3 as well as one of the most frequent tram lines of Budapest.
