Skanska is providing construction management at risk services for this 950,000-SF corporate campus headquarters facility located on 12 acres in Cameron Hill. Four of the office buildings will have five floors, approximately 200,000 square feet each, and will house employee offices and daily operations. The fifth building, consisting of four levels and located on the west side of Cameron Hill, provides a nucleus for the campus and includes amenities such as a large dining facility and training and conference rooms. Additionally, the project includes a 4,500-space parking deck built into the southwest and south sides of Cameron Hill.
Constructing the project
To construct these buildings, 1,428,165 pounds of structural steel will be used. 55,000 cubic yards of cast in place concrete in elevated building structures will be used. A new parking garage measuring 1, 411,727-SF will consist of 3,929 parking spaces. In addition, 23 miles of cable rails will be used in the parking garage.

They also want to make the site walkable and viewable, as well as a destination for people. This may take the form of walking trails, observation space, public meeting rooms, etc
