$6.5 million, 205,000-SF renovation and upgrade to a residence hall and attached parking structure located on an active downtown college campus. Work included replacement of roof, boilers, domestic water service, window replacement, exterior masonry sealant, installation of a new fire alarm panel, and upgrades to 189 rooms, lobby and corridors. Parking garage renovations included deck maintenance, painting, ceiling replacement, new signage, and lighting upgrades.
