As one of the leading property developers with focus on project, leasing and facility management, we have developed 100,000 sqm office and 15,000 sqm retail space in Hungary and have references like the landmark office building East-West Business Center and the internationally awarded Science Park.
The main area of our operation is Budapest and its near vicinity. The focus of our developments is on high quality office buildings.
Besides the five previously developed office buildings and two retail schemes in Budapest, there are other developments in the pipeline. We believe that the economic growth of the Central European countries is also reflected in Hungary’s great demand for new, modern commercial space.

Our ongoing project in Budapest is the Népliget Center which is located at the hub of Könyves Kálmán krt, Üllői út and Gyáli út. This new A category office building of Skanska provides a total of 26,000 sqm of rentable area for its tenants.
Népliget Center consists of three buildings and is being built in two phases. The handover of Phase 1 was held in January 2008 and the construction work of Phase 2 started in July 2008. The completion date of the last two buildings is expected in Q1 2010.
